I have a proven track record in client relationship-building and management, both critical areas for continued success and business development. I also thrive in building rapport with internal project teams to ensure morale is as high as the quality of work we put forth. Most of my work is fast-changing, public-facing digital experiences, which create dynamic and sometimes complex challenges. My priority is maintaining relationships and managing client expectations. 

From a skills perspective, I use various development and project management methods for my initiatives. Some skills are learned via “brute force," when necessary, while others are through research, education, and mentoring scenarios.
